Hailing from Springfield, Ohio, Callahan has quickly caught the attention of the music industry. Callahan is an energetic pop punk band from Springfield Ohio who strives to separate themselves from the standard formula of Pop-Punk. Friends since childhood drummer Wes Comer, guitarist Brad Comer, and bassist Jake Sims imagined a band that would stand out from all the rest and last long enough to make an impact on the music scene. When vocalist Ryan Clay joined the band it was a perfect match and they immediately meshed together a unique blend of genres. They hit the studio to record their first EP "The Calm Before the Storm" the album laid the groundwork and fan base for the highly anticipated followed up their second EP entitled Face the Day, The album received praise and positive reviews from the music industry, from places such as, The Daily Chorus, Absolute Punk, Purevolume, Alternative Press Magazine, Substream Magazine, Fearless Radio, and have managed on several occasions to be the 1 unsigned band in the country according to the Purevolume charts.
